The second, third, fourth and fifth deposit bonuses are each valid for 96 hours. With every one of the five offers, the bonus has to be wagered before you can create a withdrawal application.
A bonus is a reward, and it has to be activated before you can receive it. Once credited, the bonus sum joins your money account, and each bet is taken from the total balance made up of the main and bonus parts. All winnings go to that total balance and cannot be withdrawn until the active bonus has been fully wagered. When wagering is complete, the bonus amount moves to your main balance and you can withdraw any amount within the available funds.
Across our bonus money, the maximum bonus is up to 1 000 EUR or 60 000 RUB. Additional restrictions may apply to the amount received after wagering the free welcome bonus. Not every bet counts towards a bonus. Our markets include Match Result, where 1 is home, X is draw and 2 is away, and Correct Score for the exact score of an event or a part of it. Over and Under is void if the total lands exactly on the line, Odd and Even counts zero as even, and Draw No Bet returns stakes on a draw. We honour only bets placed through our official channels. Except for live events, bets must be in by the official start time or an earlier predetermined time, and we may void any bet accepted in error after betting closed or where the outcome could have been known. Understanding the rules and state of an event is your responsibility. Venues, start times, scores and statistics come from third parties in good faith, official sources prevail over them, and data on the site may be delayed or inaccurate, so betting on it is at your own risk. Unless accepted in error, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, and most markets offer Cash Out to close a bet early. We may adjust any payout made in error and may suspend an account without prior notice.
Void bets include those on abandoned or postponed events, matches played before the scheduled time, technical errors and obvious errors, and stakes on void bets are returned. A void selection inside a multiple is settled at odds of 1.00 and the rest of the multiple stands.
We may void bets partly or wholly, or withhold payment, in situations including bets accepted in error, bets taken after a material event such as a goal but before the odds updated, bets at old odds during downtime, outages, cyber-attacks or other technical failures, known outcomes, odds or results manipulated by criminal or fraudulent actions, significant changes to an event's rules or parameters, collusion between customers, bets placed to abuse a bonus, free bet or similar promotion, automated systems or bots, use of the account by anyone other than its holder, and arbitrage betting. A multiple cannot combine selections whose outcomes affect each other, and such bets accepted in error may be voided.
Bets may also be voided for events that were postponed, abandoned, did not take place or were not played as listed, when the winning selection was not offered, for obviously wrong odds judged against a consensus of major sportsbooks, for odds wrong because of live delay, for bets during actions that could sharply change the odds such as a penalty, and for bets based on an incorrect score or statistic. A bet can be made void before or after settlement.
In live betting we may void bets at an incorrect price caused by delayed coverage and suspend live betting after a loss of transmission, other technical issues or suspected fraud. Deliberate late betting counts as fraud and leads to confiscation of winnings and possible legal action. Live scores and statistics come from third parties, and we cannot guarantee them or accept liability for display errors, which we may correct along with settlement. You can accept odds changes in live betting through Odds Settings. With this option on, your live bet is accepted even if the odds change while you place it, and the recorded odds may be higher or lower than at the moment you pressed Place Bet. The setting stays active until you change it.
We settle bets on results and statistics from the official governing body, and podium presentations and medal ceremonies count as official results. Where official data is unavailable or clearly wrong, we use independent evidence, and where a result looks incorrect we may delay payout until an investigation ends. Results shown on our site come from a third party and are indicative only, and if an outcome cannot be validated the bets are void. Later changes to a result by a governing body do not affect settlement, as the original result decides it.
Unless a sport's rules say otherwise, bets on a postponed or abandoned event stay open if it is completed by midnight local time on the day after the scheduled date, otherwise they are void. Bets on abandoned events that are already decided stand. A venue change keeps bets standing unless the match moves to the opponent's ground or, for internationals, to another country, and we may void bets where a venue change significantly affects the odds. Statistics such as possession, shots on target or rebounds follow the governing body's definitions, and complaints based on personal interpretation are not considered.
Ante post and outright bets are all in, run or not, so selections that take no part lose, unless we mark a market as non-runner no bet, in which case those stakes are returned. We may offer an Other selection or add new participants after publishing a list, and a non-runner reduction may apply if the eventual winner is unavailable. Ties between competitors follow dead heat rules, with half the stake on the winner and half lost for two, or a proportional split for more. A disqualification from a later phase counts from the moment of removal and does not change earlier results.
When a participant withdraws and others become more likely to win, we make a Rule 4 deduction from winnings. This typically happens in horse racing but can apply in golf, athletics, swimming and other events. The shorter the odds of the withdrawn selection, the larger the deduction.

On certain events we offer Cash Out, where an offered value attached to an open bet lets you settle all or part of it early and lock in a profit or loss before the event ends. When a Cash Out succeeds, you see a success message, a record appears in Transaction History and the funds are credited to your account. A full Cash Out settles the bet, so later events do not change the amount returned, while a partial Cash Out settles part of it and later events affect only the open portion. An accepted Cash Out counts as a bet under all our sportsbook rules and limits.
We may reverse a Cash Out payout after errors or potential errors such as incorrect calculations or pricing. We work to keep Cash Out widely available but cannot guarantee it for every bet at every moment, and we accept no liability when it is unavailable. Cash Out on bets placed with free bets is at our discretion, and we may suspend or disable Cash Out at any time.
Sport bonus. Activate it, then deposit from 20 EUR to receive 150% of your deposit, with a x45 wager, a 2 EUR maximum bet for wagering, a maximum bonus of 1 000 EUR and 96 hours of validity.
eSports bonus. This one also matches 150% on a deposit from 20 EUR once activated, with the same wagering, bet cap, bonus ceiling and validity as the Sport bonus.
Both follow our general bonus rules. Bonus wagering progresses three times faster, x3, on sports and cybersports bets at odds of at least 1.55. Our bonus-money rules set a maximum sports and cybersports bet of 50 EUR or 3 225 RUB, while any active bonus limits a single bet or bonus purchase to 150 RUB or 2 EUR, and both sports offers carry their 2 EUR wagering cap.
Dishonest play of any kind is prohibited, including methods our rules do not list, as is any attempt to gain an unfair advantage. Where there are valid grounds to suspect violations or irregular play, an investigation can last up to 75 days, and your account's functionality is limited throughout. Accumulators and multiples cannot include dependent events, different events from the same match or bets on one player or team within one tournament, and where dependent events are included, those with the lowest odds are excluded. Participants and people directly related to an event may not bet on it. Groups may not place simultaneous bets on the same outcome to get around maximum bets or payouts, and repeated bets on the same combination are not allowed where the total potential payment exceeds the maximum. Bets at odds below 1.55 and cashouts do not count towards deposit turnover. We may declare such bets invalid and block the accounts involved.
To start playing you deposit money into your account. Go to the Cashbox section, choose any convenient payment method from those available, enter the amount and follow the instructions on the payment page, keeping an eye on any currency conversion shown there. You can use several payment methods, and if a request through a previously used method cannot be created, you can choose any other available method, in which case additional checks may be required.
Deposits come only from accounts, systems or bank cards registered in your name, and we do not accept funds from third parties such as relatives, friends, partners or spouses. If security checks find a violation, winnings are confiscated and deposits refunded, and where a refund goes by bank transfer the recipient pays all bank charges. All deposited funds must be of legitimate origin. You agree not to refuse or cancel completed payments or cause chargebacks, and to compensate us for any costs of collecting your deposits.
You can use only one phone number for paid SMS deposits, and it must be the accurate number in your profile. Credit from mobile network operators is not allowed, and neither are SMS deposits funded by such loans while your balance is negative. Breaking this rule leads to blacklisting and a blocked account, which prevents withdrawals.
We do not accept cash sent to us, and we may use third-party organisations or financial institutions to process payments to and from you. If we find deposits we consider suspicious or fraudulent, including stolen credit cards, chargebacks, cancellations or deposits used to move money between payment systems, we can block the account, cancel payments, reclaim winnings, inform the appropriate authorities and use debt collection agencies. We are not liable for unauthorised use of credit cards.
Your account with us is not a bank account, so it carries no insurance, guarantee or deposit protection, and no interest is charged on its funds. Exchange rates of all currencies, bitcoin included, can change, and we are not responsible for those movements.
With 1-Click payments, a payment cannot be cancelled or withdrawn once you press Payment, and any additional costs such as duties or taxes are yours. The payment provider only ensures that the payment is made, and we are not responsible if your issuing bank refuses to authorise a card payment. Each deposit has to be turned over three times before you withdraw winnings, under our anti-money laundering policy, so a deposit of 10 EUR needs bets totalling 30 EUR. For Live Dealers, Video Poker, Tables and Other games the minimum sum of bets is likewise triple the deposit, and activity in Live Slots games does not count towards the deposit wager. You may request a withdrawal once all payments to your account have been verified as free of unauthorised, cancelled or reversed activity and all verification is complete. A withdrawal request may be processed within 36 hours. Typically processing takes 24 to 36 hours, and it can be quicker in some cases, for example when you upload your documents in advance in the Profile section. To follow a request, open the Cashbox section and press Withdrawal history.
We may run additional checks on gaming transactions, and these checks cannot exceed 30 days. We may also verify a player's winnings with the game provider, which can take up to 30 calendar days. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that prohibited software or another breach is involved, we may investigate for up to 75 days, and the account's functionality is restricted during that time.
We may verify any transaction to prevent money laundering and other illegal activity, ask for a declaration of your source of earnings with supporting documents such as bank statements and payroll records, and block the account and further activity if you do not provide them. For identity, upload a photo of your driver's licence, ID or both sides of your passport spread, showing your full name, a date of birth identical to your profile, the series and number, the issue date and any expiry date, in good quality and fully in frame. The series and number must stay fully visible, because that is how we confirm the document is authentic. A residence permit is accepted if you do not have a passport.
For your address, upload an official document with your full name, address and issue date, such as a bank statement, an invoice for utilities or other services, or correspondence with government institutions. Our anti-money laundering checks ask for a utility bill issued within the last 30 days or a bank statement, general proof of address may be up to 6 months old, and a renter who receives no bills in their own name and uses no bank cards can provide any official document up to 3 months old. Passport registration is not suitable because it lacks this data. We need your address to make sure you do not live in a country where play is forbidden. Turkish address documents often carry a one-month validity, so they need updating when they expire.
For Visa or Mastercard, photograph the front and back of the card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits, the holder's name and the expiry date, with the CVV code on the back hidden. If the card carries no personal data, add a statement with the cardholder's name and the last four digits. For a virtual card, send screenshots of the full app page with the masked number, expiry date and holder's name. For Revolut, provide a Card Confirmation statement listing all your Revolut cards. We may also ask for bank statements showing your recent transactions with us. Add only payment methods you use to your profile, and upload all bank cards used for deposits.
If a withdrawal exceeds USD 1 000, or verification is otherwise needed, we carry out identification with copies of your passport, driver's licence or ID and a utility bill for your address, as mobile phone bills are not accepted, plus both sides of any card used for deposits. Our financial department requests these documents, and our support team can guide you if you prefer to complete identification earlier. Documents are processed faster when a withdrawal request is active, and otherwise in order of arrival.
You are responsible for the authenticity of your documents. False, misleading or incomplete information that does not match your passport data allows us to block or close the account immediately, and breaking our KYC policy allows us to reject applications or stop serving you. By playing you confirm that you are at least 18 or of legal gambling age in your country, that you alone own the funds on your account, that your details match the names on the cards and accounts you use, and that you understand deposited funds can be lost.
Anonymous or nominal accounts are not allowed, and unverified accounts are closely reviewed until the player's identity is established. We have the right to be told about any involvement of politically exposed persons, including those who held senior positions in the previous year and their family members and close associates. Funds from criminal, illegal or fraudulent activity must never be deposited. We investigate suspicious transactions, may report them to the authorities without notifying you, and may suspend, block or close the accounts involved and withhold their funds as the law or authorities require. Your personal data is kept confidential and used inside our company to secure your account or where government authorities require it, and to confirm your identity we may also use third-party agencies that check your details against public or private databases.
To use our services you create an account with your email address, name, date of birth and telephone number, plus a password for future logins. Your name must match your real name, as we may ask for documents to establish your identity. If you refuse to provide them, we can suspend the account until they arrive or close it permanently. The details you give must be accurate and truthful, and you update your profile when they change. Failing to do so may lead to restrictions or a frozen account.
Keep your login and password to yourself, intentionally and accidentally. If you lose or forget your details, use the Reset password button, also shown as Remind the Password, when you enter the site. Enter the email address from your registration in the pop-up window, then follow the instructions in the letter we send.
To confirm your email, log into your profile, press Confirm email and open the link in the message we send, looking in your Spam folder if it is not in the inbox. To confirm your phone, enter your number in the profile, press Confirm number, type the SMS code into the pop-up and press Confirm, or press Resend SMS if something goes wrong. You cannot change your name, phone number or email yourself because each change needs our verification, so our support team handles it.
You are responsible for every action on your account, for the safety of your password and for losses caused by third parties. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised access or security breach, as we are not responsible for damage caused by others accessing your account.
Nobody under 18 may register or use our services, and we may ask for documents confirming your age. If we cannot confirm that you are of legal age, the account is suspended.
